Camelot has managed 949 Park Avenue for years, ensuring strong operations and resident experience. When a 9th-floor window shattered in April 2023, we coordinated emergency response, secured the façade within hours, and obtained full insurance coverage—saving the building $200,000.

The Royal York
Camelot recently assumed management of a 70-unit property featuring 85 parking spaces, and we are proud of our seamless transition.
