Established in 2000, Camelot is a family-owned, full-service real estate management and investment firm. With an impressive portfolio of over 130 properties and transactions exceeding $500 million, Camelot has earned a reputation as one of the most esteemed boutique management companies in the Tri-State area. Our expertise encompasses the management of co-ops, condos, rental, and mixed-use properties throughout New York City, Westchester, and Connecticut. Camelot has managed 949 Park Avenue for years, ensuring strong operations and resident experience. When a 9th-floor window shattered in April 2023, we coordinated emergency response, secured the façade within hours, and obtained full insurance coverage—saving the building $200,000.

Camelot recently assumed management of a 70-unit property featuring 85 parking spaces, and we are proud of our seamless transition.
