Valerie is an integral part to the company and is talented in many different areas of service to our clients. Having a background originally in Real Estate Sales and Restaurant management, Valerie is capable and widely skilled. Valerie is multi-lingual in Portuguese, and Spanish.
• Responsible for the maintenance and management of 23 residential buildings, with retail commercial space in 5 them.
Create and implement a plan for running each property.
• Create projected operating budgets for developers of Condominiums / Co-ops with and without retail space. Prepare monthly management reports including financial statements, cash flow reports, budget and budget analyses. Responsible for all accounts payables and receivables.
• Research and work with the best vendors for each of our buildings specific supply needs and building equipment.
• Coordinate project meetings and site walk-through. Assist in interviewing and hiring for team development. Prepare budgets and review project bids. Working and following through with the construction team until completion of projects on a timely deadline.
Comply with federal, state and local laws. Oversee new construction, renovations and equipment repairs. In charge of general office operations and management. Liaise between the client and the office while maintaining absolute confidentiality.
